We have high sulfer content which will eat away at the euro engines.
That is changed or in process. We shuld be low sulfer by the end of the yar if memory serves.
The wonder children at the EPA changed the emission requirements nothing to do with the gasses I believe - some particulate thingy. That's why no V10 VW's.
GM-Ford are stupid - lets get in bed w/B85 sowe can sell new cars since the old one run like crap or maybe not at all. Any your mileage goes down.
Low sulfer diesel - just pour it in the tank and go, no infrastructure changes, no reprogramming old cars you can even cut it w/ BioD for better performance (not internal lubrication and a bit better on some of the emmissions).
Both companies have cars that meet US specs that diesels drop right in.
Shame on them for pushing incentives for B85 and all that BS when the should at lease be getting some emmission leway to get the MUCH mroe fuel efficient diesels here.
off soap box.
