I agree my post was unclear, I was trying to be brief and left out a lot ... Pool finished filling last week Wednesday- not two days ago Wednesday. Person came today to "finish up", but discovered he didn't have any fittings for the filter or bolts for the ladder steps, so left after 40 minutes. We might see them next week- might not. Might see them tomorrow. We have gotten many commitments for the days they promise they will come, no one shows, no one answers their phone. Then out of the blue they show up and work for two hours. We are past being pushy- I went berserk after 4 weeks of our back yard turning into a health hazard - between the dead animals in the pool and the mosquitoes and the trenches which made the pool inaccessible..And they have not done a great job, we had the pool half-filled and the liner in the deep end part had folds in it like a curtain, and all that water went to waste while they re-adjusted the liner. That took two weeks to solve. We know it won't be faster going another route than this guy. And will probably end up costing more. But we would like some accountability on his part..would small claims court possibly accomplish that, or Better Business Bureau? Just looking at options in a disheartening situation. Thanks.
