I have the very sad duty to inform everybody that Saab Design passed away peacfully today at 15.06 in Trollhattan Sweden.
Saab Design had been suffering for some time with the modern disease " globalization ", regardless of logic, cost,commitment and quality it was not possile for the studio to make a recovery.
I had the privilige and honour to care for it in its dying hours.
For me Saab Design will be remembered as a cosy place. Not the best equipped and probably not the best managed but with the greatest group of people that ever walked Gods earth. I will miss them very much
We have had some great times and great laughs.

I just wanted to thank everyone who has worked here for their contribution throughout the years.
Quite recently we have been going through old photographs of contractors in the late 8o's and early 90's. Most you are still around.
I also tried to remeber as many people as I could who had worked at either Trollhättan or "Pixbo"..........Sh itloads.

When I took the Studio managers job at Saab I did it for one reason only. To have some fun and that I certainly have had.
For my part I have a new challenge outside Design but with a very impressive job title
This business is getting tougher. The decisions even stranger.
Hang in there guys and don't let the buggers grind you down.
