I actually used the 12" section of my compression tester. As I could not get the roge to curl up on the piston.
The only thing is, it does not take that much air pressure to spin that crankshaft. I had a friend hold a large socket/breaker bar on the crank end-bolt to prevent it from turning the engines over, while I compressed the spring and changed the valve seals.
