Try calling your Credit Union. Ours has a lease like loan program that factors high mileage with reason and because it is a loan (with lease features such as turn it at maturity, payments near that of lease and practically none of the hidden or deferred charges), you own the vehicle and have full control of it including trade in b4 term, etc.
If your CU does not have the program, perhaps they can structure a baloon with the final pmt equal to the estimated trade (that usually is the "what you can buy the vehicle for at the end of the lease" clause).
Or best yet, if you are a home owner, structure your own lease like loan using a Home Equity Loan of Home Equity Line of Credit, perhaps some tax savings for you.
