No help on Roanoke mechanics, though you should check the mechanic list from the site's main page.
Don't need to stick with the previous oil, no truth to that. You must use a full synthetic, and shouldn't run it for more than 5k. Mobil 1 0W-40 would be a good choice and is widely available.
