Some years ago, I ordered some wheels and tires for a Saab through Discount Tires (mail order). There was an offset issue with the wheel, so they sent a different set of wheels to one of their retail outlets not too far from my home. They dismounted the new tires, remounted them on the new wheels, installed them on the car, and sent the wrong wheels back to their warehouse....of course, they were fair and the whole thing was free of charge to me. I was impressed with how clean and well-run the shop was. As the kid got ready to put the wheels back on the car, he looked up the called-for torque spec and actually used a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts up in a correct pattern. They have such a good selection of winter and summer performance tires at their retail locations, I've been using this particular retail location ever since.....best prices (other than direct mail order, but you'll have to pay someone to mount and balance) and very clean, nicely run shop.
