Plenty of drifting SUVs... they just don't drift for very long before ending up in the ditch (LOL), usually with an explosion of double mocha latte all over the inside of the windshield.
This is probably a tractor used for tractor racing (popular in Europe). Most feature water-cooled brakes and turbo & supercharged diesel engines. Not that unusual.
