I'll second that! In fact, if anyone here has seen any place on earth more beautiful than the Alhambra ... I'll like to hear about it!
The three "must-see places" in Andalucia are Seville (the Cathedral and the Generalife during the day, the tapas bars at night), Granada (the Alhambra, as already mentioned - but worth repeating) and Cordoba (the Mezquita - a cathedral inside a mosque, I'm not kidding!).
But also ... remember, you're in Andalucia, so relax, enjoy the food and wine!
Oh, regarding food and wine: Find out where the locals eat or ask at your hotel. In some of the central squares you can find some real tourist traps with overpriced pseudo-Spanish food from a tin; if these places tempt you because of the location, have a glass of sherry there, by all means. But then find the restaurants in the side streets for excellent and cheap meals afterwards. And remember that Spaniards eat late - very late - so you can easily get a table if you dine early (say 9 p.m.)...
Buen viaje!
