The header and footer are excellent - nice and clean.

The color choice is unusual, but works OK.

The gradients on the "SaabNet" logo at the top and the "New This Month" button do not match well with the otherwise flat design.

Those color stripes in the center block look really heavy, they are not balanced by other elements. It makes them grab the reader's attention and stand out too much, while they don't really carry a lot of useful content.

Pixel font sizes are a big NO-NO. On a high resolution screen (e.g. 144 dpi) the fonts become too small and hard to read. This forces you to enlarge the font size in the browser (e.g. Ctrl-+ in Firefox), but doing it every time you access the website is annoying, and then enlarged fonts mess up the design since they don't fit in their boxes anymore.

Scrolling internal frames are a nuisance, especially if there are several of them. I'm guessing the intent was to fit all the content on a page so the user doesn't have to scroll, but it does not fit anyway. I have a 1400x1050 screen, and the frames barely clear the bottom of a maximized browser window. So if my window was just a tad smaller, I would have to scroll the main page anyway, and then scroll the frame to get to the bottom of it.

Do you really need these scrollers? You aren't using the space efficiently. You have a fixed width design, so you're wasting a lot of room already, and still forcing the user to scroll. Make the content flow, and don't forget the relative font sizes too.

It's a good concept, and it's great to see the changes in the site design. It just need a bit of tuning ;]
