I could be persuaded to attend the Sears Point road course race (oooopps, INFINION RACEWAY... sorry... what is Infinion anyway? I should probably throw money at them because they are some big important company sponsoring the name of a venue!)

Other than the crashes, Nascar is BOOOOOORing (yawn.)

I once saw Juan Pablo Montoya on Letterman. I guess he and had driven Gordon's car (It may have been someone else). Montoya described the difference as that of a pickup truck and a Ferrari. I don't doubt it.

Now, if the cars were truly stock, (NASCAR="National Association of *Stock* Car Auto Racing"), and I could go buy one at my local Chevy/Ford/Dodge/(Toyota?) dealer (not that I would)... that would actually be kinda cool.

Yeah, I just don't get it.
