Thanks. The place that first balanced the wheels after putting on the snows, tried a second time and made it even worse. I get a wicked vibration at anything over about 100 kph. It seems worse when the speed changes a bit. By 110 kph and up I think that I am going to lose my fillings. I don't know whether they balanced the inside rim or not. I'm not going back there. I'll try Scotia Tire if none of the tire shops in the Valley have a Hunter road force machine.
