Switchblade keys are available, but very rare.... The only one I have seen for sale was being auctioned by an owner in Australia. Apparently the switchblade design was the reason for the big banana fob which was dropped after 2000 or 2001 as the key being auctioned folded into the large fob. I believe there is also one pictured in the "History of the 9-5" book.
Although the switchblade key looks cool, I think it would cause a lot of problems in the car. It is already too easy for the ignition to be accidentally turned off at speed by a careless passenger, purse, large pet, child, etc.
