Watched it in earnest for the first time last night, thought it would be fun to watch the rejects as they've been pushing that on the local fox channel. Did not like it, not one bit, it was very sad to see the wannabees who can't sing really get insulted. I realize their own families should not encourage them and they're not, but it was just not enjoyable.

Agree with the comments re; karoake.

Give me "24" now that's a well written, well thought out show. Or how about combine the two?
