I usually cook, because I am good at it and quick at it. Well, wifey 1.0 decided to reactivate her defective cooking subroutine.
1) Asked me if there was chicken in the house
2) Asked me if I could defrost it
3) Asked me to weigh out the correct amount (weigh out and not do it by eye!?!)
4) Asked what pot to cook it in
5) Asked where each of the seasonings were, couteously waiting until I had reseated myself at the couch prior to each request.
6) Asked me how to quickly cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes (I just did it)
7) Asked me if I would mind dicing onions and green peppers
8) Asked how long the veggies should be sauted before the chicken needed to be added and then cooked
9) Once I brought the stuff to a boil, she set it to simmer at too low a heat so I needed to re-do.
Man, she saved me loads of time!
