...but that's just me. My biggest concern would be not seeing the damage prior to the repair and not knowing who repaired it. Yes, a car can be repaired back to like new condition but they rarely are, especially something like an Integra; a Ferrari has a better chance of being properly repaired. Mostly, cars are repaired to fit a budget or an estimate, in other words, as quickly and cheaply as possible.
Another factor is resale value when you finally decide to sell. A salvage title will turn off about 90% of people (I would guess). I suspect you'll have to "give it away" when it comes time to sell. In fact, I think there was a post about salvaged titles a while back here and if I recall, not to many people were keen to the idea of salvaged titles.
I think you would be better off finding an older, higher mileage car that has been properly maintained.
