I'm assuming you didn't change anything on you computer, but I had a conflict with McAfee security. I had my wireless network running for some time with my router set to hidden (not broadcasting). I rebuilt my laptop, that had always been connected, and installed McAfee instead of my older Norton.
I tried to connect to my wireless after rebuilding and it could not find my network. I tried all sorts of things to no avail. I then set my router to broadcast and the laptop connected with no problems. Turned off the broadcasting and lost connection again. I asked one of my buddies and he had the same experience, he tried turning his broadcasting off and his laptop could not connect. Once he turned his broadcasting back on problem went away. He is also using McAfee antivirus software. I'd prefer to not broadcast my wireless router, but I haven't found a work-around other than ditching McAfee.
Just my experience.
