You may want to check Consumer's Report, but the technology for basic electric ovens has not changed in 50yrs or so. Convection adds another dimension, but I've heard mixed reviews of the usefulness. All brands can be very well made and there is not neccessarily a big brand difference.
Two ovens are nice. We have two different sizes, which works very well. Different sizes for different loads, though I think both can handle a turkey, though the smaller one would struggle with a 20lb. When we have a pizza party, we fire them both up.
I think all ovens have uneven heating properties, you just have to figure out how to work around their unique properties. I also use a cheap oven thermometer all the time to check the thermostat accuracy.
