eBay delisting problem

I have tried repeatedly to sell something on eBay. Plenty of other identical items have sold and are being sold. I have had the item delisted twice, once by the VeRO (verified rights owner) and once by eBay for violating a copyright policy. The second time I spelled out that I am within my right to sell the item so the VeRO couldn't delist it. I suspect someone got peeved and delisted it as a copyright violation item. (The VeRO wrongfully delisted the item. It is a promotional software item that was not intended for resale, but has no such restriction in place. Either way, I am only selling the paper with the key, not the software itself which is freely available from the manufacturer via download. Of course the manufacturer would rather you pay them at least double for the item.)

Any tips on getting eBay to cooperate and let me sell the item? Boy do I wish someone would give eBay a run for their money competitively. Maybe I should send eBay a bill for my time dealing with their customer service and relisting the item because of their nonsense.
