I ordered mine way back in September of last year, and I just requested a full refund today.

I was optimistic and patient for a very long time, and even tried to reach out to the folks at GES to help them better handle all the requests and complaints that were coming in, but it's obvious they are in over their heads.

At this point, it doesn't matter if their hearts are in the right place, it's just unacceptable to take peoples' money and hold onto it, and then get frustrated and defensive when people want a product in return.

If they had presented this as a hobby outfit and been more transparent about what was going on, they might not have gotten as many orders, but the expectations would have been set correctly. As it is, people dealing with GES have the mistaken impression that they are dealing with a real company.

I can't wait and wonder any more. Best of luck to those who finally get their orders.
