Well, I'm planning to go with a local company that I found through the website Pestworld.org using the branch locator and zipcode.
Have to out for 2 nights.
I had an inspector out and he looked it over and convinced me that the attack was to big and the time from last tenting too long (11 years) that a spot treatment of different sorts were not recommended and most likely would not kill all the critters in all beams and boards.
I know enough about house constructions and heard of some exotic spot treatments failing that I can understand his recommendation.
Living in an area where drywood termites swarm every year, it is just a matter of time before they move into your house and they recommend tenting every 10 years or so even if you don't plan to sell your house.

I read some about the Sentricon but it was too many posts about it being almost like a scam or not working as promised so that is not an option.

If your house structure is not wood at all, you still might have furniture and they will move into them at some point if the "price is right".
It all comes down to when they swarm and if they land close to something they can move into and hide before they get cooked by the sun. Termites don't like or can be out in the open for too long so they need to drop their wings and move into a piece of wood as soon as possible.
So in my case, having a storage box for fire wood right outside the house wall is a bad idea if you don't spray the wood now and then. They can easily move into the logs and from there when they swarm again, they have the house next door.
