Yes, I have pricing for 2008 (Military sales), not specifically ED.
It says "preliminary price list (US) military sales valid as of June 13, 2007.

Base price:
9-5 Arc 5spd/Auto $31,624
9-5 Aero 5spd/Auto $32,555
Automatic transmission is now a no cost option

Options:
Ventilated Seats $995
Metallic Paint $550
Navigation $2945
Visibility package $1295
Rear center headrest $90

Hope that helps.
Build date for 2008's are supposed to begin Jul 9, 2007.
I am ordering mine tomorrow so we will see how long delivery takes.
