Would you consider a 'factory buy-back' (aka lemon)?

So I've been shopping for a car for my wife for quiet some time now and came across a factory buy-back (I guess that's the PC label for lemons now). Obviously it's below market as far as price is concerned and the car has pretty low miles and still has the remaining factory warranty of about 2+ years/30k miles.
I normally would shy away from something like this but the remaining warranty does give me some comfort. Of course there is still a risk but I figure if the problem were to return, it would return while still under warranty, probably with in a couple of months or so. Then again, it could be quiet a hassle returning time and time again if it still needs additional work.
Anyone had personal experience with this sort of thing? Things I should do or consider? Thanks in advance!
