Call in a blasting company for that type of slab... We have used blasting companies (before 9-11-2001) to remove machine foundations in industrial buildings. They drill all day long using rock drills, then place the charges in the afternoon, place blasting blankets atop the slab, then detonate at night when the building is nearly empty of employees. Guards monitor the explosives from the moment they cross the property lines until detonation.
Much faster than breaking it with an impact hammer mounted on the end of a back-hoe or excavator boom.
