My strange co-worker

My co-worker is a contracting programmer but he resists technology.
He is rich but cheap.
He doesn't like to use a mouse so he found all possible ways to use multiple keyboard short keys to replace the mouse function.
My boss was so nice to lend the company laptop to him because he is still using Windows 3.1. He cannot use that machine to perform on-call duty (he cannot use it to connect the company network from home). He insists on using Windows 3.1 (he uese only WordPerfect) and always says his machine is much better than newer machines. Of course he is still using dail-up because he usually surf the internet in the library. Everytime we suggested him to buy a new PC/laptop, he would find different kinds of arguement to prove that he was right.
He has no cell phone, watch, or TV. He won't buy any car that's over $1000. He doesn't believe newer cars are more reliable than older cars.
He bought his clothes from Salvation Army. However, he is a tall guy so nothing fits him (neither the shirt or pants).
He is smart but he has no common sense. He doesn't lock any doors (car or house). He doesn't like to take shower to a point you can smell him.
He will not plan for a trip so he ends up paying a lot for airline tickets.
I guess there are weird people on this planet.
