The rear will be heavier and affect air differently, so it will perform well on the circuit should anyone decide to race it. That was the reason behind the Chevy Nomad and for people racing stations wagons back in the day. If it is as low as a Civic, and not as high as a Focus, it will be cool for bachelors and small families.
