I use anti-sieze on the bolts, and wipe a thin coating on the lip on the hub where it meets the wheel center. No need for a lot - excess gushes out and that stuff seems to be magnetically attracted to nice clothing.
Just had a post similar over on the 900 board. Anti-sieze won't cause lug bolts to back out - it just prevents corrosion that locks them in place. In fact, to torque a bolt correctly, it should have a modicum of lubrication on the threads, and anti-sieze provides that. Without lubrication, you can actually end up with less than the proper torque.
