It ain't in SoCal...and no pay at the pump..... Valero regularly undercuts Arco pricing here in SoCal as does Costco.
And Arco is not pay at the pump, a royal pain in the ass. You have to go to the payment pylon and remember which pump you're using and pay a fee for using an ATM. You can't just insert your card at the pump at Arco. That's the deal breaker for me, pay at the pump. Even if Arco were cheaper I still wouldn't go through the hassle.
Gas is gas, or isn't it? I dunno' about that one as I seem to get slightly better mileage using the top tier brands. Ima' gas hypocrite. I cringe at top tear pricing for my Saab which uses premium so I use Costco or Valero, but for my bike which only needs 89 I go out of my way to put top tier, Standard or Union 76 (my buddy owns the station) in my BMW motorcycle.
