Saturday last, my son was on his way to our house when his "new" CPO'd 9-5 threw the serpentine belt. He was on I-75 in GA. Saab Roadside Assistance sent a flatbed and notified Nimnicht Saab that he was on the way. After arriving in Jacksonville a few hours later at 3:30PM, Tom Cihlar, assistant service manager got the car in a bay right away. They found the tensioner had failed and taken out the belt. They had it repaired in record time and he and my grandaughter were on their way here for Christmas. Tom also kept my son from being gouged by the flatbed driver who insisted that he get $60 in cash that the "club" would not cover. He took over and dealt directly with the driver and sent him on his way. The only downside to this is that he had taken his car in to the Atlanta dealer where he bought the car around Thanksgiving and complained of a loud noise coming from the passenger side of the engine compartment. They assured him that nothing was wrong. Agin, thanks to all the folks at Nimnicht who helped make our family Christmas much happier!!!
