unless you don't have a pie pan, are out of yeast, or it's raining out....
1. Unplug all cables (especially that power one)
1.a. If you think you'll have problems reconnecting the cables, take PC to Circuit City.
2. Remove screws holding case together
2.a. It shouldn't be more than six screws, possibly only a couple. Depends, but you don't necessarily need to remove every screw you see.
3. You have the new memory cards, you should be able to identify the existing. Nothing else really looks like them.
4. Remove existing, IIRC, a flip tab at each end of the memory card to release first, then pull straight out.
5. Place new in (oriented correctly, they only go one way), press evenly.
5.a. YOU DON'T WANT TO PRESS TOO HARD!!!! Shouldn't have to. If pressing too hard, COULD distort mother board and break solder. Highly unlikely, but....
6. Actually, this should be step 1. Are you sure that you got the right type? IIRC, the new memory is 240 pin, you're probably replacing 184 pin?
6.a. More pre-install info., you probably have only two memory slots (cheap DELL, right?), if you have four, and currently have a single 256 card (seems unlikely), you might want to post back here for more info before closing the case back up.
good luck

and a pair of PC's that I've assembled
p.s.
if you're replacing a pair of 128 MB cards, you can recycle them, they have no other value. A single 256 MB, probably also has no value, but you could try giving it away to someone.
