and drag the folders/files/etc you want from the first? that way you can have commonly used stuff on the first drive, and use the second bigger drive as your backup/storage/whatnot drive?
you wouldn't have to clone everything, and you'd have more storage space while using your orig drive. assuming of course you have the bays avail and the first drive is in good shape.
just an idea perhaps.
