Lubricating garage door components

I had a new concrete parking pad put down in my garage. The process created an abundance of dust. My garage door now sounds like it's rattling around without any lubricant -- both on the metal guides on either side that guide the door up and down and the chain that connects to the motor. Any thoughts on what sort of lubricant I can use in both areas to quiet things up?
Thanks in advance.
