Got an email from one of the regional car dealers announcing a chance to run you car at Road America including some degree of instruction 10/31. Don't really know anything beyond what is stated. Thought some might find it of interest.

The Drive for Babies is a Sports Car Club of America event which allows you to drive your normal daily driver – or your special 'track only' car – on the four-mile Road America track. After determining your abilities by driving with your accompanying qualified instructor, you drive alone – or with your guest - at the speed at which you are comfortable.

Drivers will receive a solid blend of driving instruction, ranging from classroom to in-car training to 'follow me' drills. A wide range of topics will be discussed including following a 'racing line', passing zones, speed limits, and other general driving techniques. And as a driver, you'll receive feedback from your instructor at the end of each lesson.
... you'll get nearly an hour and a half of race track time!

Driver cost is $250, each guest is $50.
Registration begins at 7:30 AM
Technical inspections run from 7:30 till 8:45 AM
Mandatory drivers meeting 9:00 - 9:40 AM
Track time starts at 10:00 AM (your session depends on your driving experience)
Group 1: Advanced to expert high performance driving skills
Group 2: Advanced high performance driving skills
Group 3: Average high performance driving skills
Group 4: Beginning high performance driving skills
