My grandma gave my mom some ancient coins and my mom gave them to me. These are possibly coins from the BC or early AD era, but I can't figure out exactly what they are as in which culture. (I think they're from the Mauryan empire). What should I do to preserve them and then later, how should I go about getting them appraised without getting a low-ball estimate.
Thanks in advance.
