I wondered about any set that included every size in one mm increments. A lot of Metric tool sets have "missing" sizes due to their nearly exact match to a fractional size, (17mm is an almost perfect 11/16). Even the fractional sizes jump from 1/16 inch increments between sizes, to 1/8 inch, and I believe even 1/4 inch when the sizes approach 3 inches.

Good to know that 23mm is a wasted or make-believe size. Since this size is sold as "Open Stock" by some brands, it might make a good Gag Gift to a wrench turning friend or relative.
