From my experiences, I've never had a problem with Saabs, except when I went to go get my dream '97 9000 aero! Went for a test drive, and the large bolstered seats put my legs too close to the steering wheel. Just wasn't as comfortable as I had wished. Which, I'll add once I finally reached full height in college of 6'3", I wished my dad's 9000s seat could go back a little further.
Otherwise, my 87 900t was fine, my 9-3 has always been great, and surprisingly, I fit comfortably in my parents Honda Del-Sol back in the day! Friends were always shocked at that one!
Cars I don't fit in:
86 honda civic, always had the seat tilted back
early 90's prelude, that was a sad test drive as well, as I loved the car.
any Miata, no knee space.
Jeep Wranglers and Cherokee's. Head room is fine, but no leg room in front.
Classic Mercedes SL convertibles
any Mercedes C class
Oh, and grandma's Ford Tempo, could barely see out of the windshield the way the roof came down in the front!
That's all that I can think of off the top of my head, which thankfully isn't against the ceiling of my saab.
