Are you sure the mileage is accurate?

80K on a 24 year old car seems worth questioning. A SPG with a true 80K on it should still be pretty nice if it has, as you note, been maintained. If the mileage is accurate I'd be worried about ALL the rubber on the car--door seals, CV boots, brake lines, belts, hoses.... everything. And the clutch master and slave cylinders. And your front calipers are likely not going to be working right. They are also the e-brakes on 82-87 models, and are a routine replacement items. All your fluids will need replacing, too.
Are SPG rear seats special? If not you can probably find one from Goldwing.
The RF caliper is no biggie. I think I have one if you need it. Bought it for my '84 (RIP) and never used it.
The carpet can possibly be dyed to get the color you need.
As for value, ask on the C900 board. But for 24 year old cars, almost antique status in some states, value is whatever someone will pay and varies wildly by condition.
Just my $0.02.
