i can screw over B Millar, i thought everyone dose it? anyway
i got no problem buying from sellers of anykind their rating on their name really don't mean squat to me anymore, because of one thing. paypal

its a buyers best friend, its simple if my item doesn't arrive in 7 days i ask seller whats up if its not here in 15 days i ask seller again whats the delay and add i am reporting them to pay-pal at which time pay-pal will contact seller and handles the problem for me.

had one seller lose his selling privileges on e-bay for a 500$ item, an item of which he never had, he gave pay-pal a fake tracking number and 3 days later 500$ was back in my account and the seller is no longer selling (under the nic.)

another seller gave me the run around for 20 some days after pay-pal talked to them they were very nice and happy to promptly refund the money.

its the sellers that want to keep the money for nothing that's a problem, the ones that work with you to resolve the issue are alright in my book.
just remember you only have from the time you press commit to buy to 30 days to involve pay-pal to solve the issue, after 30 days if pay-pals not involved kiss your money bye,bye,..

scam-er sellers know this, and they will try to stall for 30 days but anyhow,.. now back to plotting out my greatest work on screwing over B Millar
