Government officials in the middle of things appear to be a lot more restrained. They also are probably more credible as they don't feel compelled to spin it in the same way as someone on the inside. They are saying maybe 3 to 5 possible serious parties with a serious interest. They speculate many of those expressing an interest are more interested in seeing the books and future product plans than making a purchase.

Just like an open house some are there just to look with no interest in buying, some are looking for something but aren't interested in what your selling, and if your lucky someone might be serious.
