One of the tires on my old murray lawn tractor had a slow leak, so I picked up a tire tube for it at the local parts place. With a great deal of grunting (and swearing) I was able to break the tire bead off the rim and insert the tube into the tire. But I can't figure out how to get the tire back on the rim. I have changed many bike tires and was always able to slowly work the tire back on the rim. But this one just won't go back on. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated (by me and by the neighbors who are tired of looking at my high grass).
