the shipping. As an ex-USAF person, I can tell you everything seems right what he's saying. The only thing I can't figure out is how he's going to ship it unless he's going to ship using the USAF's return policy... but normally that would mean he's PCS'ing (being re-assigned, or possibly separating from service) back to the States. The price could be because he needs the money and it really isn't unusual at all to see good stuff go for cheap among military personnel, beleive me. I can see him trying to sell it to someone in the U.S. because that huge thing is really out of place in Europe. Also, there's the dreaded fear of the commander as well... he could get in serious hot water with his commander is it's reported. Of course, anything could go wrong so the usual disclaimer applies here.
