I ordered a pair of Saab sunglasses from them a few months ago. I had to use my home address for the billing because that's where my credit card is setup, but I had them shipped to my school address. I never got the sunglasses yet the order status said they had been delivered. I called them and got a very pleasant, helpful guy who said they accidentally sent them to my home/billing address. Not a huge deal, but a minor inconvenience. I wouldn't not order from them again, but I find in most cases better prices can be had at eEuroparts, etc...
