I have these on my '96 9K. 205/55x16.
Have had them for about 2200 miles. My car has the Aero suspension and SAS sway bars, so the handling is pretty neutral and these tires work well, and I have pushed them fairly hard on a few empty back roads in both wet and dry conditions. They will give you a good ride and the handling is very good, but not great. But then they aren't meant to be a super sticky, ultra-responsive track tires.
They do a great job in the rain, but sometimes have a funny feel that I can't quite describe. In heavy rain I'm more aware of the tire dispersing the water than I've been with other tires. They do a great job but the feel is just different. But I have plenty of confidence with them in the wet.
They are also quiet, or are now when new. So, good ride, quiet, solid predictable handling, fine in the wet. I haven't really probed the upper limits of adhesion with them but I think they may be a little edgy there, but my sense is they are pretty controlled. While Bridgestone says they can do light snow, I wouldn't expect much, but we'll see if I get them in snow before I do the changeover around Thanksgiving.
I got them because the UTQG rating is 400, and I wanted something longer lasting than the previous Toyo Proxes 4s or Nokian NRVI tires that were toast in 20K miles. If I get 30 out these I'll be happy, but my tire guy says I should be able to get 35K+.
