Click versus beam torque wrench

At what torque levels is it better to use a beam? For high torques where accuracy isn’t critical, the clicker is much easier and perhaps simpler to use accurately because it isn’t easy to apply high torque while reading a beam type.
I’m looking for something in the 10-50 ft-lb range for spark plugs and other light duty applications. I find the beam is a bit tricky to get accurate and I have to torque it a few times biased on the high side of the mark to be sure the spec is met (only supposed to read it in motion I think). I’m not sure how much over torque that may result in. Any tips on accurate use?
Storing the beam type is awkward (are there cases for beam type), but beam type should never need calibration. I’m guessing a similarly priced Craftsman beam type is more reliable than Harbor Freight or similar click wrench. Craftsman clickers are more costly and only have a 1 year warranty.
