hello gmcgrath,

I'm in HFX too, 05 and 08 93s, I really doubt O'Regan's could possibly molest anything worst than SSI. I'm actually looking forward to the service, several Friends have Caddy's from there and they are very pleased. I'm just worried that they won't have the software to reset the oil monitor system.

Your best bet right now if Toyota in Dartmouth, ask for Horace's team to work on it, He ask a guy that moved down from a Saab dealer in TO and is very sympathetic, Horace is also an ex Jag tech and I've known him for years, not only is he a first rate guy, but probably the best tech I have ever come across in my 25 yrs in the auto business. They are NOT CHEAP, but they WILL FIX YOUR CAR! If you ask for him, they will know who sent you.

I don't know how old your car is, but when I had my 900, Battery and Electric ( GM aftermarket jobber ) in Burnside is a great place to get quality parts.

I hope the 08 doesn't shed interior trim parts like my 05 did, because I suspect they will become very hard to obtain in the future. Figures, I bought the extended warranty on it.

Last note, NEVER let Chapman's Auto body near your car, the warranty paint repair they did for me was one of the worst butcher jobs I have ever seen....I couldn't even bring myself to take it back. O'Regan's have an outstanding body shop.

regards,
