Last I talked to Turpin, they were planning to go forward + stick with Saab, but that was June. I do wonder how they will bridge the gap between GM pulling out + the new owners getting distribution in place. Obviously, it is critical for the new ownership to keep selling cars!

I also wonder how a dealer can stay afloat on Saab alone, + with no Saturn, I am concerned that many dealers won't be able to make it. Picking up another brand may be tough. I don't think Opel is a great match at a Saab dealership in the short term, as the new 9-5 is too similar to the Opel such that they will compete.
