I know this is subjective, but the current trend of small greenhouse designs has a tendency to make cars look too much alike, IMHO.
The nose and tail on the new 9-5 work fine. So does the roof to trunk line... sort of Audi A6-ish, which I really like. But I think the greenhouse is too short. It's only a bit over a quarter of the height from doorsill to roof, which doesn't work for me. Should be about a third of the height, IMHO. This looks like a long wheelbase, and more glass would really help. I think it may also look better in a different, probably lighter, color.
This isn't a bad design, it just doesn't grab me at all, at least in pix, or even video. It looks too much like lots of other cars... Camrys, Hyundai Azera, a few others.
I think the wagon may work better, and the sedan may look fine first-hand. I find lots of cars look better in the flesh than in pix.
