I clean them up & stack them on a shelf in the garage. My garage is attached, and never seems to go below freezing. I haven't had condensation problems.
Concrete garage floor will have moisture diffusing up from the ground. So if you stack them on the garage floor, that's probably where the "condensation" comes from. Build a little platform to allow that moisture to escape before it goes up into the stack of wheels.
Summer tires will lose pressure during the winter (cold) but I never bother to do anything about that. When stacked, they aren't loaded like they would be when installed on the car.
Winter tires will GAIN pressure because my garage in July is warmer than it is in January (surprise...) I usually just drop the pressure to maybe 20 in my snows before storing them so they don't go up too high during the summer.
