I need help with East Carolina Barbecue
We will be having a departmental Pot Luck luch at work next week and I have volunteered to bring East Carolina Barbecueue. Should be interesting for my coworkers.....
Anyway, since I don't have a smoker I have previously made this using a crockpot. But I would like to add a little smoke flavor via "Liquid Smoke" this time. How much should I add to my sauce that starts with 1 qt of vinegar? (Grizzly Jim's recipe on http://www.allrecipes.com)
Thanks,
