I'm thinking SAAB (and us by proxy) are like the "reappearing" bird in an old-time magic act, with a spring-loaded cage that crushes the innocent prop bird flat, so the magician pulls another live one from elsewhere (Ala the movie "The Prestige").

Perhaps GM will introduce a model that is powered solely by the resentment it has created over the years from it's former customers, and the crushed dreams of it's employees.
